Delivery

We offer reliable nationwide delivery for just £3.95. Enjoy free postage on all orders over £75. Your herbal treasures from Peridot Flow Wellness Centre will be carefully packed and shipped to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We’ll send you confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Returns

If you need to return an item, you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, along with your proof of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns once the 14-day window has passed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know the outcome of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method,just allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. Remember, original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
