How To Use Brewing Guide: Use one teaspoon (approx. 2–3 g) per 250 ml of water at about 80 °C. Steep for 2–4 minutes to enjoy its sweet vegetal elegance without over-extraction.

China Congou Mao Jia Green Tea is an elegant bridge between tradition and refreshment. Gathered daily by hand in the misty slopes of the Wuyi Mountains, these leaves bear telltale silver tips—precise craftsmanship visible in every curl. Though technically a green tea, the leaves undergo a brief fermentation that deepens their hue and softens their profile, producing a smooth yet intriguingly pungent character.

When brewed, it delivers a pale, lightly coloured cup with a tender vegetal base and a hint of floral sweetness tempered by a gentle, earthy bite. It’s an ideal introduction to green teas for those accustomed to black varieties—familiar comfort with an awakening twist.  With moderate caffeine (around 20 mg per cup), this tea is as soothing as it is refined—perfect for both morning clarity and thoughtful afternoon moments.

Ingredients: Grown in the mountainous region of the WuYi mountains. The telltale signs of silver tips in this tea signify their harvesting has been selective and as such must have to be plucked every day to ensure only new shoots are gathered.

We’ll send you confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Returns

If you need to return an item, you’re welcome to do so within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the products are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, along with your proof of purchase. Please note, we cannot accept returns once the 14-day window has passed.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm receipt and let you know the outcome of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method,just allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction. Remember, original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
