Rest & Rebalance is a gentle day retreat designed to calm and regulate the nervous system. Through breathwork, meditation, Spinal Flow Technique, sound healing, and restorative practices, the body is supported to shift out of stress and into a state of safety, rest, and balance. This nurturing day offers space to slow down, release tension, and allow the nervous system to reset naturally.

This day has been gently structured to support the nervous system through a rhythm of settling, release, and integration. Each session builds naturally on the last, allowing the body to feel safe, supported, and unhurried as it moves from activation into deep rest. There is no pressure to keep up or push through—only space to listen, soften, and allow your nervous system to find its own balance.

 The Day

A day of deep rest, regulation & reconnection

In today's fast-paced world, many of us live in a near-constant state of stress, tension, and nervous system overload. This gentle healing day has been carefully designed to support the body in slowing down, feeling safe, and returning to balance.

Through a blend of:

  • Breathwork & meditation
  • Spinal Flow Technique
  • Sound healing &  intuitive practices

This workshop offers you the opportunity to step out of “doing” and into deep nervous system nourishment.

This is a space to rest, release, and allow your body's innate healing intelligence to lead the way.

 The Experience

What You'll Experience 

Throughout the day, you'll be guided through:

  • Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and promote safety
  • Chakra opening meditation to prepare the body and mind for healing
  • Two Spinal Flow Technique sessions, supporting spinal and nervous system flow
  • A sound healing journey, using vibration and frequency for deep relaxation
  • An intuitive dowsing session, encouraging self-awareness and inner guidance
  • Spacious breaks for nourishment, reflection, and integration

This is a deeply supportive day designed to help you leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

 

The Venue

Holland House

Our healing workshop takes place at Holland House, a peaceful retreat centre set within beautiful grounds just outside Evesham, Worcestershire.

Holland House offers:

  • A calm, supportive environment ideal for nervous system work
  • Quiet indoor spaces designed for reflection and healing
  • Tranquil gardens and surrounding nature for grounding and integration
  • A sense of retreat from everyday life, while still being easily accessible

The setting itself plays an important role in the healing experience, helping the body naturally slow down and feel held.

 

 

 

Is this workshop suitable if I’m new to healing work?

Yes, absolutely. This workshop has been designed to be accessible and welcoming for everyone, whether you are completely new to healing practices or already familiar with body-based or energetic work. Everything is guided gently, with no pressure to “do” anything in a certain way.

Do I need to be physically fit or flexible?

No. All practices are gentle and adaptable. Most of the day is experienced seated or lying down, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks as needed.

What should I wear or bring with me?

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to relax fully. You may also like to bring: A jumper or blanket for warmth A notebook and pen for reflections A water bottle Yoga mats and basic props will be provided where needed.

What if I feel emotional during the day?

Emotional release is a natural part of nervous system healing. The space is held with care, compassion, and respect. You are always supported, and nothing is ever forced—everything happens at your own pace.

Will I need to participate in everything?

You are always in choice. While the workshop is designed as a flowing day, you are welcome to step back, rest, or simply observe if at any point you feel the need to.

Is this a group workshop?

Yes, this is a small, supportive group setting. Group work can be deeply powerful for the nervous system, offering a sense of safety, connection, and shared experience—while still allowing for personal space.

What about food and dietary requirements?

Please note that Holland House does not provide a choice menu at mealtimes. It is essential that you let us know in advance if you have: Any food allergies or intolerances Dietary preferences such as vegetarian, pescatarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, or vegan This information will be passed directly to the venue.
