You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We're unable to accept returns after 14 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email to confirm its arrival and the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Kindly note that original postage costs are non-refundable, as these are expenses already incurred to send your order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your card provider-posting times can vary.
3. Speak to your bank about potential processing delays.
If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please email us at peridotspinalflow@gmail.com.
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
We're happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us at peridotspinalflow@gmail.com to arrange an exchange for the same item.
If you received an item marked as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the item wasn't marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them directly.

Buyers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for items valued over £25, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of returns without tracking
